Built by Network People, For Network People
We started Thinkconnectsys in 2018 because we kept seeing the same problem. Businesses would call us after spending months with vendors who didn't understand their actual needs. Equipment showed up that didn't fit their space. Configurations that made no sense for their workflow. And support that disappeared after installation.
From One Office to Hundreds
Our first client was a manufacturing company in Taoyuan that needed their entire facility rewired. They'd been quoted 90 days and an astronomical budget by the previous vendor. We finished in 38 days and came in 30% under their original estimate.
That project taught us something important. Most network issues aren't about the latest technology. They're about understanding how people actually work and building infrastructure that supports that reality instead of fighting it.
Since then, we've deployed over 400 network setups across Taiwan. Each one unique. Each one designed around actual usage patterns rather than theoretical specifications.

What Drives Our Work
These aren't aspirational values we put on the wall. They're the principles that guide every decision we make, from equipment selection to project timelines.
Honest Timelines
We'd rather lose a project than promise an unrealistic deadline. Our average project timeline accuracy is 94% because we build in real-world contingencies from the start.
Equipment Agnostic
We're not tied to any manufacturer. That means we can recommend what actually fits your needs and budget, not what gives us the best commission.
Long-Term Thinking
A network setup isn't a one-time transaction. We design systems that can scale with your business and provide support that doesn't vanish after the invoice is paid.
The People Behind the Projects

Lila Hartmann
Network Infrastructure Lead
Spent 12 years managing data centers before joining us in 2019. Lila's the person who figures out how to make complex network architectures actually work in spaces that weren't designed for them.

Priya Nakamura
Systems Integration Specialist
Priya joined us from a telecommunications background in 2020. She specializes in making new network equipment talk to legacy systems that businesses can't afford to replace yet.
How We Actually Work
Site Assessment
We physically visit your space. Measure cable runs. Check power availability. Talk to the people who'll be using the network daily. This takes 2-4 hours depending on facility size and prevents most of the surprises that blow up other projects.
Transparent Proposal
Our quotes break down exactly what you're paying for and why. Equipment costs, labor hours, and contingency allowances are all itemized. If something seems expensive, we explain the reasoning or offer alternatives.
Staged Implementation
We don't rip everything out at once. Critical systems stay operational while we build the new infrastructure around them. Cutover happens during your specified maintenance windows, not when it's convenient for us.
Documentation & Training
You get network diagrams, equipment configurations, and access credentials in formats you can actually use. Plus training sessions for your IT staff on maintaining the new setup without needing to call us for every minor issue.
