When We're Available for Your Network Setup

Running a business in Taoyuan means you can't always predict when network issues will pop up. We've structured our availability around the reality that equipment failures and urgent setup needs don't follow a nine-to-five schedule. Here's when you can actually reach us and what kind of response times we're working with right now.

Current Service Windows

These timeframes reflect what we're currently managing as of March 2025. Response times can shift during peak periods, but we'll always give you a realistic estimate upfront.

Weekday Standard

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

This is when our full crew is available. Same-day service is possible if you reach us before 11 AM and we don't have major projects running. Most installations we schedule during these hours take between two to four hours depending on your existing infrastructure.

Extended Hours

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We keep evening slots open because plenty of businesses can't have technicians disrupting operations during regular hours. You'll typically work with one of our two senior technicians during this window. Book at least 48 hours ahead when possible.

Weekend Setup

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday availability works well for retail and restaurant clients who need equipment configured before their busy periods. We usually handle two major installations per Saturday, so these slots fill up about a week in advance.

Emergency Response

24/7 Critical Support

If your network goes down completely and it's affecting operations, call our emergency line. We can typically have someone on-site within three hours in the Taoyuan area. This service costs more, but when you're losing money by the hour, it makes sense.

Where We Actually Travel

Our main office sits in Taoyuan District, which means we can get to most locations in the immediate area pretty quickly. Response times get longer as you move further out, but we've worked with clients across northern Taiwan when the project makes sense.

Distance affects scheduling more than cost for us. A site visit to Taipei takes planning because we need to factor in traffic, but we're not going to charge you dramatically more for it. What matters is whether we can block out enough time to do proper work without rushing.

  • Taoyuan District and surrounding neighborhoods: typically same-day or next-day service
  • Greater Taoyuan City: usually within 48 hours for scheduled installations
  • Taipei and New Taipei: we schedule these for specific days when we have multiple clients in the area
  • Hsinchu area: available but requires advance booking, usually weekly visits

How to Actually Get on Our Schedule

We're not big on complicated booking systems. Most of our clients either call or email, we figure out what needs doing, and we find a time that works. But here's the basic flow so you know what to expect.

1

Initial Contact

Call or email with basic details about what you need. Where you're located, what kind of equipment we're dealing with, and when you need it done. Takes about five minutes.

2

Quick Assessment

We'll ask specific questions about your current setup. Sometimes we can quote over the phone, sometimes we need to see the space first. Depends on complexity.

3

Schedule & Confirm

We'll propose available time slots and confirm what equipment we're bringing. You'll get a text reminder the day before. Then we show up and get it done.

Email works too if you're planning ahead and want to lay out all the details in writing. We typically respond within a few hours on weekdays. Don't overthink it though - we're pretty straightforward about what we can and can't do timing-wise.
